Full – time Assistant Creative Director

* A creative individual with a strong design background

* Well presented with excellent English and Math’s skills

* Able to prioritise and work to deadlines

* Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word

* Happy to converse in a confident, professional manner with clients

Duties will involve: Dealing with customer enquiries; taking consultations; the designing and development of wedding flower quotations. Co-coordinating events, liaising with staff, venues and clients; answering the phone; taking orders;

Full – time Experienced Florist Manager

* Minimum 5 years floristry experience

* Strong background in management

* Creativity and the ability to work within the ‘Passion’ style

* Hold a full, clean driving license

* Experienced in wedding and contract work

* A good knowledge of flowers and their suitability for weekly contracts, corporate and private homes

* Well presented with excellent English and Math’s skills

* Able to prioritise and work to deadlines

Duties will involve: Making and designing bouquets and arrangements; managing the team of florists and delivery schedules; full control of the day to day running of the ‘Passion’ workshop; the making of all contracts, orders and wedding flowers; ordering the daily flowers.
