Up until early 2001 Johanne had worked for six years at Wild at Heart in London, before branching out on her own and founding Passion.
Her work has been published in the Martha Stewart lifestyle magazine, as well as in Hello and OK magazines, Brides, Cosmo Bride, Wedding Flowers, and World Of Interiors, amongst many others – and, in addition, many of the UK’s most visible or most discerning society weddings have drawn upon Jo’s expertise in guaranteeing that their flowers on that day have served to help define the memories that each client might treasure forever.
Jo inspires and guides the Passion team forwards with her never-ending enthusiasm, energy and constant commitment to truly excellent levels of service for all customers, large and small.
Beth joined Passion May 2010 and is a self taught floral designer who contributes to the designing and styling of our weddings, and is the Communications Co-ordinator for all of our events.
Beth has an exceptional first class honours degree in jewellery design and as a jewellery designer has exhibited both in the UK and abroad. She is obsessed with interior, product and packaging design and as such, provides the whole team with a constant source of inspiration – consequently (also acknowledging her skills as a photographer) Beth is also a contributor to Passion’s blog.
Janet is one of Passion’s award winning florists having, in particular, been presented a Medal for Excellence in Floral Design at Buckingham Palace, by Prince Phillip. She has remarkably been awarded the medal of excellence a second time running this year.
With a background in Fashion and Textiles, Janet has a keen eye for detail. A brilliant pattern cutter and a fantastic florist she is very handy with a pair of scissors!
Nicki is currently on Maternity leave and being one of the most organised members of Passion’s team we are really missing her. When pressure is at its greatest, it’s Nicki that we draw upon to keep us on track.
Having been with us now since June 2010 Nicki has excelled within this opportunity to demonstrate her skills from a managerial background within a creative environment, as well as develop her skills as an established and accomplished florist. In fact, the career change has led Nicki to a place where she can honestly say that she loves going to work every single day.
Christiane joined us in May 2011 from London following a brief career diversion and her own round the world adventure.
Following three years with Jane Packer, Chris spent an additional two years managing Wild At Heart’s Pimilco branch – a key member of the team leading workshops at Liberty and in house at Wild at Heart. With this breadth of experience to draw upon Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Passion.
…and a very goofy laugh!
Louise joined Passion in April 2011, and is a trained garden designer who fell in love with flowers over sixteen years ago.
At Passion, Louise manages and maintains the business’s ever growing collection of props
and bric-a brac – which is itself now underpinning an increasingly significant percentage of Passion’s business.
Albert builds all of our bespoke constructions and, generally, fixes everything else that is broken or that we might need – in other words, an invaluable member of the team.
…and, at the studio, he is also mouse catcher in chief.
Hannah brightens our Fridays with her beaming smiles and tasty cakes.
However, should that belittle either the importance of her contribution, or the breadth of her experience, Hannah actually joined Passion following a previous position as Wedding & Events Co-ordinator at the acclaimed Babington House boutique hotel and private members club in deepest Somerset (a position she only left to have her lovely baby, Florence).
With a passion for mid-century design and retro caravanning in her 1966 American Airstream – and after ten years as a successful Graphic Designer – Julia decided to apply her creative skills and flair for contemporary design to floristry.
In 1997, after getting married and becoming increasingly interested in the floral/wedding industry, she became a trainee florist and later gained The City and Guilds Medal for Excellence Award in 2003, along with winner at the Spring Florist Event in 2002.
Having worked as Senior Florist/Manager for a number of flower shops, both in the UK and Denmark, prior to joining Passion in 2007, Julia is now solely responsible for ordering all wedding/event flowers.
