DELIVERY DETAILS

Please ensure that all details are correct, detailing the recipient’s full name, delivery address and postcode, along with a telephone number, noting any special delivery instructions that may assist our couriers with safe and easy delivery of your item/s.

Please also include your own telephone number and email address so that we may notify you in the event of any difficulty found in the delivery of your purchase.

Any incorrect or misspelt details may result in delays or problems in delivery of your item/s. Please ensure that all details are accurate.

Where special delivery conditions may apply in establishments such as Hotels, Hospitals and Offices, a signature will be accepted as proof of delivery. Many hospitals do not accept flowers, so we suggest customers contact the hospital in question before placing an order.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Flowers are delivered by hand in Bath and the surrounding areas, from Monday to Saturday. Orders must be placed by 10am to guarantee same day delivery.

If the recipient is not home, we will leave a ‘while you were out’ card so they can re-arrange delivery, or deliveries can be collected from our workshop in Upper Swainswick.

NATIONAL DELIVERY

Flowers are delivered by our overnight Premium National Delivery Service and are made from Tuesday to Friday. Deliveries may also be made on Saturdays at an additional cost. All orders for next day National Delivery must be placed by 10am.

If the recipient is not home, a ‘while you were out’ card will be left so they can re-arrange delivery, or deliveries can be collected from the recipients local depot.

Passion cannot accept any responsibility for redelivery of the flowers nor the condition of the flowers once delivery has been attempted and a card has been left. Due to the nature of our products, wherever possible, try to ensure recipient will be available to accept delivery.

OUR PRODUCTS

Our natural products are subject to availability which is governed by factors outside of our control such as the seasons and weather. In the event that we do not stock the specific flowers required for your order, you will be contacted for further instruction. However, where a suitable substitution can be made, we reserve the right to do so without notice.

PERSONAL MESSAGES

We are able to include a handwritten message with any delivery. We insist that all messages are of a complimentary nature and do not offer offence in any form. We hold the right to refuse the addition of any message we deem to be harmful.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you are completely happy with our products and they reach you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that this does not happen and you are unhappy with your goods, please contact us immediately with photographs which demonstrate any issues, at the very least within 7 working days of receipt. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges.

LIABILITY

If on receipt of your order, the product is faulty, damaged or unsatisfactory, please notify us within 5 days of the delivery in question or we shall have no liability to you.

SECURITY

All of our customers payment details are kept safe from fraud and misuse on a secure server which deletes them after use.

CANCELLATION

Please notify us as soon as possible should you wish to amend or cancel your order on 01225 859 994. This must be done 24 hours prior to the delivery. Depending on whether your order has been made or delivered then you may be fully or in part charged.
